1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days]
- Overnight Shipping: Available for orders placed before 12 PM EST, for delivery the next business day.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
3. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Additional shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please provide a physical address for shipping.
6. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at customerservice@velociyatribe.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
